After confirmation of dates, times and availability, users will receive a reservation form. The user must sign and return the contract by the deadline noted on the form. Final set-up plans for each reservation must accompany the contract and be received no later than one week prior to the event. 

The college will charge for services as specified in the Facilities Use Consent/Release Contract. It is important that the Facilities Use Office be notified of all changes, additions, or cancellations in order to avoid additional charges to the user.

Northeastern has 7 residence halls with rooms ranging from 2 person-4 person. Supervisors stay at no charge (with the attendance of 6+ attendees). GRB, Williams and Blue Spruce are the only air conditioned dorms and will be given on a first come first serve basis.

Special reservations

All uses of this facility are booked through Marci Henry, Events Center Manager, at 970-521-6614.

The Cafeteria/Food Service offers catering for all Northeastern functions. Please reserve the room through Annie Shalla at 970.521.6702 in the Facilities Use Office before calling Food Services. In addition to notification on the reservation contract, all food services must be confirmed with Stacie Marx of Aladdin Campus Dining (970-580-3242). These services are billed separately to the user. No outside catering is permitted in Northeastern facilities without the consent of Aladdin. All changes to food arrangements must be made with Mikey Gauna. You can view the catering guide by going to https://njc.catertrax.com/index.asp 

This is a multi-purpose facility used for conferences, banquets, receptions, testing, bazaar/fair booths, health clinics, etc. The ballroom seats 400 theatre style or 350 with tables and chairs banquet style. The facility is air conditioned, and has a sound system, stage, piano, and a large drop-down screen.

Air-conditioned residence halls offer dormitory services each summer for conventions or educational functions. In addition to notification on the reservation contract, use of the residence halls must be approved by the Director of Residence Life at 970-521-6655. These services are billed separately to the user.

Northeastern related productions will have first priority for this facility. Special lighting or sound required a theatre technician, and an additional charge is added for this service. NO food or drink is permitted in this facility. The theatre seats 505 people.

A list of equipment and staff assistance which is available may be obtained from the Facilities Use Office.

Equipment in any facility will require an additional charge for use. Equipment MUST be requested on the reservation contract at least one week in advance of the event. The Director of the Fiscal Services must approve the rental of equipment for off-campus use.
