Official Bio: Julie grew up in Sterling, Colorado and is the oldest of four girls and a first generation college students. She knew from a very young age she wanted to be a nurse and she has never regretted her decision. Nursing is a rewarding career where you really make a difference in the lives of others. Nursing also gives you endless career opportunities. Now in nursing education Julie’s focus has changed instead of taking care of patients I have the honor of helping educate future nurses. Julie continues to enjoy the Sterling community with her husband, Chris. They have 3 grown children that they are proud of and who also call Sterling home.
