Shawn Rose began her career at NJC in May of 1997. She began as an Administrative Assistant in the Math & Science Department and then transferred to the Business Department. In 2000, Shawn moved positions to serve as the Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of Administrative Services.

In 2003, she began her current position as the Executive Assistant to the President. Shawn has been the Assistant to four Presidents and three Interim Presidents. Shawn’s other duties include handling the Travel Requests, airline tickets and fleet car assignments for the college. She also serves as the cell phone administrator on campus.

Shawn is an alum of NJC. Shawn loves spending time with her family, dog and three horses.
