Guenzi-Read-Breidenbach (GRB) Hall
619 Landrum Lane Sterling, CO 80751
Guenzi-Read-Breidenbach Hall is home to majority sophomore and honors students and is a very academically driven residence hall. GRB Hall is different than many of the other dorms on campus because of the 4-person suite-style rooms, which allow the residents to share a main living area and a bathroom in each suite.
Students enjoy keeping each other company in the living areas of each others suites, in the lobby, and in the study area, both of which are shared with Williams Hall. The study area allows students from both halls to watch TV, use the computers to study, and cook a meal in the community kitchen.
Built in 1997, Guenzi-Read-Breidenbach Hall features four-person suites with a private bathroom, a main living area, and two bedrooms with large closets. The rooms also come with a desk for each student and storage space. GRB hall has the ability to house up to 58 residents and shares a lobby with Williams Hall.
