Classic cars, trucks, motorcycles, even a military vehicle. There was something for everyone at Northeastern Junior College’s annual Auto Show last weekend.
Auto tech instructor Layton Peterman said they had about 850 people, including the car owners, walk through the Saturday and Sunday show. The door count was down compared to years past, which he attributed to the nice weather and other things going on in town, but he’s still happy with the turnout.
“It went really well,” Peterman said. “All of the cars here were real quality cars.”
The show featured 62 cars and motorcycles and there were 16 model cars on display, as well as a couple of airplanes.
