In addition to courses in music theory, music appreciation, and computer music, students may elect to pursue private lessons in guitar, vocals, piano or other instrument. Students will also explore the world of jazz via our dazzling Jazz Band; Concert Band and Concert Choir are available for the more traditionally minded students. While the vocal power of the Contemporary Choir will hit all the right notes with some of the more popular hits on the radio.

Students at Northeastern will not only develop musical skills - they'll also be provided with invaluable life skills such as confidence, teamwork, communication, focus and discipline. Allowing students to leave with more skills than they started with.
