O' Connel-Towne Scholarship

This fund was created to assist incoming Northeastern Junior College freshman.

Eligible applicants must be residents of Logan County and must possess a minimum 3.0 high school GPA. This award may be renewed for the sophomore year based on satisfactory academic performance.
