Orientation Fall 2025

We ask that all new first year students who live on and off campus attend New Student Orientation on Friday, August 15, 2025.  

• Check-in under the clocktower at 9:45 a.m.
• Check back here for updates as move in approaches to learn more about the schedule of events.

 Below you’ll find some helpful tips for move-in:

• You MUST HAVE your Payment Plan set up, your Student I.D. Picture taken, and be enrolled in 12+ Credits BEFORE you are able to move in
  • To take care of your bill, login to your NJC Access account, click on “Financial Aid and Payments”
  • To take your picture for your photo I.D. please visit the Housing Office in Hays Student Center 113
  • If you are not in 12+ credits, please contact NJCStudentSuccessCenter@njc.edu

We cannot wait for you and your family to arrive on campus.  Please check D2L before classes start on Tuesday for important information about meeting dates and times.
