Technology Campus

Northeastern is now a bring your own device college. To purchase iPad's, students can order directly from Apple or learn more from the Frequently Asked iPad Questions.

Mobile App

The Access NJC mobile app for students is now available. Download the app from the Access NJC login page, or search for Access NJC Mobile in the App Store or Play Store.

Student Email

Student email is provided by Microsoft Office365. Students can log in through the NJC Access portal, or by visiting http://mail.office365.com

All Northeastern students have an Northeastern student email account.  This includes full-time, part-time, and concurrent enrollment students.
If you experience any issues with your Northeastern email account, please contact the Northeastern Help Desk at 970-521-6805.

Student Printing

Students are given a starting balance of $25 at the beginning of each semester. 
Costs per page are:

Single sided grayscale page - $0.10
Two sided grayscale page - $0.15
Single sided color page - $0.25
Two sided color page - $0.45

Print Cards

Print cards are available for purchase from the Monahan Library and the Cashier's Office in the Hays Student Center. Available in 1 and 5 dollar increments, these cards can add funds to your PaperCut printing account should you run out before the end of the semester.

Please note: Personal printing is to be kept to the absolute minimum. The monitoring process reports by computer login account name. You will be held responsible for any printing done on your account, so be sure lock your computer screen (Windows Logo Key + L) if you step away, and log off completely when you are finished.

Discounted Student Software

Students are given a free subscription to Office 365 Professional plus for the duration of their time as an Northeastern student.

Log in to the Access NJC portal and visit the Class Tools and Technology page to learn more about Office 365.

Students can receive discounted software from Microsoft and Adobe. Lean more about how to purchase software here.

Wireless Internet

Internet is available everywhere on campus. Residents have access to wireless and wired connections in the residence halls. Log in to the Access NJC portal and visit the Campus Technology tab to learn more.
