Workplace Answers

Human Resources Office will register you to complete an on-line course offered by Workplace Answers. The course is interactive and contains many challenging and interesting real-life workplace situations. Employees will receive an email which states, “Human Resources Office at NJC requests that you complete the course within the next 120 days. The course can be taken on any computer with access to the Internet, please do not use an iPad. To access the course, please click on the link below or copy it into the address line of your web browser. *NOTE* - For “Preventing Discrimination and Sexual Violence: Title IX, VAWA, and Clery Act for Faculty and Staff”, please copy the link into Mozilla Firefox. This link is personalized for your account alone; please do not forward or share this link.”

This personalized link can also be used to resume the course, or to review material at a later date. You don’t need to complete all of the training in one sitting. If you need to return to the training, the program will bring you back to where you last were in the course. All employees must complete our Workplace Answers courses each year. Adjunct instructors will be compensated for two hours of time once compete. Please contact Human Resources once your training's are complete.
