Article VIII. VOTING RIGHTS AND SPEAKING PRIVILEGES

  1. No person shall submit a bill or make a motion unless that person is an official member of Senate. Associated Students of NJC (ASNJC) may speak provided speaking privileges have been granted them by a majority vote of Senators present. Speaking privileges are valid for the duration of the session.
