Section 1.
- When in the opinion of any member, the business before CAB requires that the discussion be carried on privately, such members may move that CAB proceed in closed session. When such motion is adopted the chairperson shall direct everyone except CAB Representatives and officers out of the legislative chamber, and the legislative chamber will be closed and remain closed until such closed sessions are completed. Every member and officers shall keep secret all such proceedings and matters that take place in the private meeting. Divulging the proceedings before the order of secrecy is removed, shall result in removal from CAB. Expulsion or suspension from being a CAB Representative will be determined by a 2/3-majority vote of the CAB.
