Summer Event Housing Reservations

To reserve housing, please complete and submit this application. Northeastern housing cannot reserve any rooms until this form is received. This application is not a commitment to hold your event/meeting at Northeastern, however returning this application indicates your interest in using the college residence halls for housing. A contract and waiver form will be sent to you upon receiving this application. No housing commitment will be made until the contract is completed. Please take note that the residence hall contract, an insurance certificate, and payment in full is due to Northeastern at least five business days prior to your arrival date. We also require a waiver form from each individual staying in the residence halls before checking into the rooms.

ROOM RATE: $25 per night per person (non-air conditioned room)
$30 per night per person (air conditioned room)

We have seven residence halls with rooms ranging from 2 - 4 people per room. Supervisors stay at no charge (with the attendance of 6 or more attendees). Williams, GRB, and Blue Spruce are the only air conditioned residence halls and will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
