Email Signatures
Email communication is a presentation of official Northeastern Junior College correspondence. Therefore, to maintain consistency across all forms of communication, it is recommended that faculty and staff use one of the following email signature templates. In addition, an official college email should preserve the white background and not include background graphics or “stationary.” There are two versions, using two of the brand fonts.
- Garamond, 12-pt
- Calibri Light, 10-pt
The social media hyperlinks are connected to Northeastern’s main social media channels. You may substitute these for links associated with your department at the bottom of your signature, as seen in Version 2B.
Letterhead
All letterhead requests must be processed through the Document Center in Walker Hall, Room G4.
Business cards
The business card layout with the vertical mark is shown in Figure 12. The mark is always on the left-hand side of the card, with the name, position, college postal address, email, phone numbers and both college websites listed on the right-hand side. The back of the card is used to list the most commonly used departments and phone numbers.

Name Badges
